Important international law firm needs to securely manage the use of digital certificates
OBJECTIVE
- The client needs to guarantee a responsible use of these certificates, avoiding risks against theft, loss or the possibility of using them for unauthorized purposes.
METHOD
We carry out a study of the company’s needs and security requirements, so that we can find the solution that best suits them. Then we perform an analysis of the existing solutions on the market and present the best alternatives along with the implementation plan.
RESULT
- A system was implemented that allows the centralized management of company’s digital certificates, restricting their use to the authorized persons, for permitted purposes. In addition, this new system allows to have traceability of the use made of each of the certificates. The new system eliminated the manual management of digital certificates in company computers as well as increased security regarding the use of the same in a simple and transparent way for the users of the company.
